This is your Fall Job Fair Package with details about key dates and times, what's included, and how to make the most of the job fair.

Move-In Dates:
May 3rd, 2 - 4 pm and
May 4th, 8:30 am - 9:30 am
May 4th - Event Day
8:30 - 9: 30 am Employer set-up
9:30 am All set-ups complete
9:45 am Welcome remarks
10:00 am Floor opens
3:00 pm Floor closes
3:00 - 5:00 pm Employers move out
5:00 pm Move out complete
Your Complimentary Booth:

All booths are 8' x 10' with 3' side walls, 8' back wall, pipe and drape.

A skirted table, 2 chairs and access to power will be provided.
Other Features:

Employers will receive 2 tickets for a light lunch in the private employer cafe, plus access to coffee, tea and water.

Private interview spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the floor.

Job Seekers will have access to a copier service to make extra copies of their resume.
